(省府一九五四年十一月二十四日省财卫(代)字第二四三号命令颁发)一、目的评选奖励一九五四年度国营、地方国营、合作社营、公私合营及私营工业生产、基本建设(包括勘测、钻探队)、铁路、交通、邮电部门涌现出的集体模范单位和劳动模范,树立职工群众的学习榜样,总结与推广先进经验,进一步发挥职工的积极性和创造性,使先进带动落后共同前进,给完成与超额完成一九五五年度国家生产计划和基本建设计划打下良好基础。
