本课题为中华人民共和国农业部七五重点应用基础研究项目之一。在上海以70年代末设置的不同肥料管理长期定位试验为基础。至今已有14年(32季),总结资料为10年(26季)试验,有8个处理,即目前有14年(32季)不施肥的无肥区,14年单施有机肥区、秸秆还田、化肥区和有机肥化肥结合区等,为国内时间最长季数最多的长期定位试验。特别是有机肥和化肥结合使用的技术,在国际上的报道也少见,长期定位试验的结果表明:
