用12只豚鼠研究前庭膜和圆窗膜双膜破裂在突聋发生上的作用;于刺破前庭膜前、后及再刺破圆窗膜后分别记录耳蜗电图(ECoG)。结果发现:连续刺破前庭膜和圆窗膜后,动作电位反应门明显提高;N1波振幅明显缩小;潜伏期明显延长。对ECoG这种变化的机理及其临床意义进行了讨论。
Twelve guinea pigs were used to study the effect of double membrane rupture on the incidence of sudden deafness in the vestibular membrane and round window membrane. Electroochromic electrograms (ECoG) were recorded before and after puncturing the round window membrane. The results showed that: after continuous puncturing of the vestibular membrane and the round window membrane, the action potential response gate significantly increased; N1 wave amplitude significantly reduced; latency was significantly prolonged. The mechanism of ECoG change and its clinical significance are discussed.
