目的探讨半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2009年6月至2010年6收治的41例难治性青光眼的临床资料,该组患者均采用半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗,比较该组患者治疗前后的眼压和视力情况。结果该组患者治疗后眼压显著低于术前,P<0.05。疼痛缓解率为97.6%,并发症的发生率为24.4%,无眼球萎缩病例出现。结论半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗难治性青光眼较为安全简单,能保持术眼功能,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of semiconductor laser transdermal ciliary body photocoagulation on refractory glaucoma. Methods The clinical data of 41 refractory glaucoma patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated by scleral ciliary body photocoagulation with semiconductor laser. Before and after treatment, Intraocular pressure and visual acuity. Results The IOP in this group was significantly lower than that before operation (P <0.05). Pain relief rate was 97.6%, the incidence of complications was 24.4%, no cases of atrophy of the eye appeared. Conclusion Semiconductor laser scleral ciliary body photocoagulation for the treatment of refractory glaucoma is relatively safe and easy to maintain the function of the eye surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.
