改革开放以来,我国医疗卫生事业发展较快,新时期的卫生工作方针对各级医疗机构提出了更高的要求,国家倡导“和谐医院”的口号,不仅要求医院拥有良好的社会关系和医患关系,更要求医院内部的和谐氛围。医院职工的心理健康,心态积极,就会更加投入地钻研技术,开拓创新,推动医疗卫生事业的良性发展。因此解决好职工的心理健康问题,不仅能减少医院用人的成本,而且便于医院管理工作的顺利实施。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s medical and health undertakings have been developing rapidly. The health work policy of the new era has put forward higher requirements for medical institutions at all levels. The slogan of “Harmonious Hospital” advocated by the state not only requires the hospital to have good social relations and Doctor-patient relationship, but also requires a harmonious atmosphere within the hospital. The mental health and positive attitude of the staff and workers of the hospital will make greater efforts to study technology, innovate and promote the sound development of the medical and health undertaking. Therefore, to solve the mental health problems of workers, not only can reduce the cost of hospital personnel, but also facilitate the smooth implementation of hospital management.
