投资大、周期长、风险大是输变电工程的特点,探讨全寿命周期成本方法在输变电工程设计中的应用,有利于提高工程项目管理水平。本文重点介绍了全寿命周期的概念,并结合输变电工程建设的实际,分析全寿命周期管理在我国电网应用的现状、流程,探讨全寿命周期管理的简化分析法,提出了应用全寿命周期成本方法的具体措施建议。
