教育是为了使每个人能适应社会的需要,但是并不是每个人都有能力和物质基础接受高等教育。对于学历较低的人来讲,成人教育是高等教育的一种重要的补充形式,对于提升个人的知识和技能也是非常有必要的。对于学历较高的人来说,成人教育则是实现终身教育的必不可少的环节,目前我国的成人教育制度在管理、师资、社会评价等方面存在一定的不足,急需完善。
Education is to enable everyone to adapt to the needs of society, but not everyone has the ability and material basis to have a higher education. Adult education is an important supplement to higher education for those with lower academic qualifications, and it is also necessary to improve one’s knowledge and skills. For those with higher education, adult education is an essential part of lifelong education. At present, the adult education system in our country has some shortcomings in management, teacher education and social evaluation, and it is in urgent need of improvement.
