Historically, researchers have linked chronic stress to chromosomal damage. Recently, researchers found that chronic stress causes chromosomal damage. For the first time, researchers at Duke University Medical Center discovered a clear mechanism to explain stress response from the point of DNA (DNA) damage, according to the American physicist Wireweaver Network. One of the hallmarks of chronic stress is an increase in adrenaline.
