薇菜(Osmunda japonica Thunb.)为我国重要山珍和药食同源植物,开发利用前景很大。本文就我国薇菜的生物学特征、生态学特征、营养成分、药用成分、繁殖栽培和加工利用等方面进行了总结,并针对薇菜研究现状和问题进行了探讨,旨在为研究、保护和开发利用薇菜资源奠定理论基础。
Osmunda japonica Thunb. Is an important Shanzhen and medicinal and edible plants in China, and has great prospects for development and utilization.
