我厂过去使用的万向接头,结构较为复杂,组合零件较多,可转动的范围较小,组合长度太长,使用起来不太灵活。新结树使用以后,实际效果较好,排除了旧结构存在的缺陷,我们在镗床上使用,无论粗精切削,万向接头传递扭矩情况,都处于良好状态。几年来除拨销受力过大折断过两次外,其余部分均无影响。新结构万向接头如图1所示。由于接头两件与连接球装配时,接头两件必须互相垂直,才能装上;而
