《军队医院信息管理系统》软件的应用使医院的统计、病案工作从手工劳动中解放出来,使医院的信息管理向现代化、科学化和标准化迈出一大步。但在该软件的使用过程中,因工作流程不畅、病案首页填写不准确、计算机录入人员素质不高等原因,造成了部分统计数据的失真,影响了系统功能的实现和上报数据的准确性,这是一个不容忽视的问题,现就医院统计、病案在应用计算机方面存在的问题作如下分析,并提出四点对策。
The application of the “Army Hospital Information Management System” software has liberated the hospital’s statistics and medical record work from manual labor, making the hospital’s information management a big step toward modernization, scientificization and standardization. However, the use of the software, due to poor work flow, the first page of the medical record is not accurate, the quality of computer entry staff is not high, resulting in some of the statistical data distortion, affecting the realization of system functions and reporting data accuracy, This is an issue that can not be ignored. Now we analyze the problems existing in the application of computers in hospital statistics and medical records and put forward four countermeasures.
