广东省水利学会水利经济专业委员会和广东省水电厅计财处联合于1992年10月22～24日在东莞市召开了水利是基础产业研讨会。参加会议的有珠江水利经济研究会、广东省能源技术经济研究中心及省、市、县、镇有关单位代表共30人。会议收到论文17篇。通过21位同志在会上宣讲、提问和讨论,进一步从理论上和水利的地位和作用上认识水利是国民经济基础
The water conservancy economic professional committee of the Guangdong Provincial Water Conservancy Society and the Department of Finance and Economics of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Hydropower jointly convened a seminar on basic industries in Dongguan from October 22 to 24, 1992. A total of 30 representatives from the Pearl River Water Resources Economic Research Institute, the Guangdong Provincial Energy Technology and Economic Research Center and the relevant units of the province, city, county and town participated in the conference. The conference received 17 papers. Through 21 comrades’ preaching, questioning and discussion at the meeting, they further understood that water conservancy is the foundation of the national economy in terms of theory and the role and role of water conservancy.
