胃癌的外科治疗,国内外屡有报告。多探讨根治切除术的有关问题。而对非根治切除者多略予记叙。本文仅就胃癌非根治切除术病例着重进行分析,以期对不能根治切除的胃癌病例有一正确估计,予以合理、适当地处理。
Surgical treatment of gastric cancer has been reported at home and abroad. Explore more issues related to radical resection. However, the non-radical resection was slightly described. This article focuses on the analysis of cases of non- radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in order to have a correct estimate of gastric cancer cases that cannot be radically resected and to deal with it reasonably and appropriately.
