脑下垂体激素分泌受控于旁分泌和下丘脑因子。大鼠垂体前叶各类细胞有的成组排列,位置邻近,提供了胞间调控的解剖学基础。很多物质直接影响每种垂体激素的释放,其中有些是在垂体前叶内合成和释放的,故以旁分泌物质发挥作用。 脑下垂体前叶内的胞间关系 大鼠垂体催乳素细胞在形态上可分成4类,其中一类为杯形细胞,与促性腺激素细胞联系特别密切,甚至全部包围了后者。催乳素细胞与促性腺激素细胞间存在紧密连接复合物,垂体前叶细胞经酶分散并进行培养时,两者之间重新形成连接复合物。
Pituitary gland hormone secretion is controlled by the paracrine and hypothalamic factors.
