当今时代,培育新一代人才已成为人类社会发展的共同目标。然而在教学中,常常表现为教师的一言堂,忽视了“以人为本”这一理念。教师在课堂上更多的是主导者而不是引导者,学生的主动性变弱,主体性越来越不突出,最终表现为主体性缺失。中学地理课堂上学生主体性的培养,不仅是教育教学的新趋势,更是有效提高学生学习质量的关键,新课标中曾提出要在教学中突出学生的主体地位,以学生为主体进行课堂教学改革,通过改革使学生真正的实现素质教育。
