随着我国逐步迈入老龄化社会,老年人口也日益增多,随之而来的是一鲜明的社会现象的突出—老年犯罪问题。我国也开始日益关注老年人的犯罪问题。老年人犯罪相比于普通成年人犯罪有太多的不同,是由于老年人的特点所决定的。在努力构建和谐社会的今天,老年人的犯罪问题应当引起我们足够的重视。本文从对老年人的概念和老年人犯罪现状简要概述入手,大略阐述了老年人犯罪的原因及其特点。
As our country gradually enters the aging society, the population of the elderly is also increasing. What follows is a salient social phenomenon: the problem of the elderly. My country is also beginning to pay increasing attention to the crimes of the elderly. There are too many differences in the crimes committed by the elderly compared to ordinary adults, which are determined by the characteristics of the elderly. In our efforts to build a harmonious society today, the issue of the crimes of the elderly should draw enough attention from us. This article begins with a brief overview of the concept of the elderly and the current situation of the elderly, and gives an overview of the causes and characteristics of the crimes committed by the elderly.
