目的 探讨β2受体激动剂联合糖皮质激素雾化吸入对COPD患者血浆IL-6、IL-8的影响。方法 以98例COPD患者为研究对象，采用对照研究，患者随机分观察组和对照组，对照组予糖皮质激素雾化吸入，观察组在此基础上予β2受体激动剂联合治疗，比较两组患者对肺功能的影响，并对血浆IL-6、IL-8浓度变化进行比较。
